The sauce is good a garlic mayo sandwich
When you make a sandwich, it's good to just mix shredded vegetables with ketchup and mayonnaise and stuff them. I added a little bit of sincerity to this and made a garlic mayo sauce and made a sandwich. The short and thick cucumbers in the garden added freshness, and a decent sandwich came out.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/9
Remove only the lumpy thorns from the skin... For texture, cut it to 0.5cm thick and soak it for 5-10 minutes with 1/4 teaspoon of salt, and drain it as much as possible.

Make the egg yolk shape and bake it front and back.

Grill 4 long rows of bacon to drain the oil.

In a heated pan, melt 1 tablespoon of butter and stir-fry 2 tablespoon of minced garlic evenly.

After getting off the heat, I chopped 1/4 onions and mixed 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise and 1/2 tablespoon of parmesan cheese powder to make garlic mayo sauce.

In a heated pan, melt 1/2 tablespoon of butter and bake the bread in front and back.

Spread a generous amount of garlic mayo sauce on the bread.

After putting cucumber on top, cut bacon and put fried egg on top.

Sprinkle 1/2 tablespoon of ketchup evenly, cover with bread, wrap tightly with wrap, and cut in half. I made these three.
