STEP 1/7
Sift the gravitational pull, salt, sugar and baking powder into a wide bowl.
STEP 2/7
Add honey to whipped cream and mix well. The whipped cream is cold, so the honey doesn't melt quickly. - Mix it well with a spoon or spatula to melt the honey
STEP 3/7
Add 2 honey-mixed whipped cream to 1 powder and mix well enough so that no flour is visible, drawing 11 with a spatula. You don't have to mix it too much Scones don't get greasy and bake deliciously if you don't bother the dough
STEP 4/7
Put the dough of 3 into one lump and put it in a plastic bag
STEP 5/7
Cut it into a proper shape, seal it, and rest it in the refrigerator overnight
STEP 6/7
Next morning - do not touch any more dough taken out of the refrigerator and just cut it into the right size with a knife I cut it into 8 pieces like cutting a pizza~ Depending on your preference, you can cut it into triangles or squares
STEP 7/7
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes in an oven preheated to 200 degrees. The time depends on the firepower of the oven, so you can control it If it's golden brown, you can take it out
- You can cook it right away, but if you put it on the toilet overnight, it spreads more moisture and smells less of flour So, scones are also a good baking item to make in advance and put in the refrigerator the day before ^^
- And there are many recipes to put egg water on top of scones I don't apply anything at all or press brown sugar on the top to bake If you put egg water on it and bake it, it gets dirty and doesn't apply well ^^;
