STEP 1/8
I bought a bag of dried squid at the mart.
I'm going to use a handful of this.
A handful of it came out as a side dish container of Lock & Lock.
STEP 2/8
Cut the squid into bite-size pieces. I'm going to eat with the kids, so I cut them into small pieces. When the groom and I were alone, we cooked without cutting it
STEP 3/8
When I take out a handful and cut it, it comes out as a bowl of soup. To make it softer, you can mix it with mayonnaise in advance or rinse it in water. It doesn't get hard even if I season it like this, so it goes into the sauce like this.
STEP 4/8
When you're done cutting the squid, add the amount of seasoning in one place and mix. The mayonnaise doesn't mix well, so just mix it until it's fully melted.
STEP 5/8
Then, add the mixed seasoning on the pan and bring to a boil.
Add the shredded squid when the mayonnaise melts to a certain extent.
STEP 6/8
Add the squid and mix. Reduce the heat to low as much as possible and mix evenly until the squid is marinated.
STEP 7/8
It's done when the color gets darker and the seasoning is reduced to a certain extent.^^
There's nothing much. When it's done, sprinkle sesame seeds and finish!! If you don't have sesame seeds, you can skip them.
STEP 8/8
Stir-fried dried squid, which is perfect for simple side dishes and long-lasting side dishes!! I think it tastes better because it's been a while since I made it. LOL
