STEP 1/14
There are many ways to peel garlic easily
There's a way to microwave it
I put garlic in water (about 30 minutes) and peel it well^^
STEP 2/14
I work on peeling garlic that doesn't end even if I peel it.
When you peel garlic, your fingers get really young...
I don't think there's anything that's easy in this world
In my case, when I buy a slice of garlic
Let's divide it into three types
STEP 3/14
Medium-sized, rotten, or unsightly garlic is ground, frozen in the freezer, and used
STEP 4/14
The grains are big and pretty, half for whole garlic, half for refrigerator and half for freezer
I use whole garlic or when I need it for slices
STEP 5/14
The size of the grains that are too small to eat is... I make garlic pickles and eat them
It's good to dry the garlic for 1-2 days after peeling it^^
STEP 6/14

STEP 10/14
[How to make red pepper paste and garlic]
This is what I'm going to look like in two weeks
I didn't cut the color as dark as I wanted
The color will cut off nicely later, right?
Remove the soup from the soy sauce garlic pickle and take out only the garlic.
