STEP 1/10
Wash bean sprouts clean in running water
My family likes bean sprouts, so I washed 2 bags and prepared them.
STEP 2/10
Please prepare vegetables for the bean sprout bulgogi.
Slice one green onion diagonally, and shred the onion.
Wash perilla leaves in running water and shake off the water. Fold them vertically and cut them
I prepared mini mushrooms.
(Sae Pine Mushroom or oyster mushroom is fine too)
STEP 3/10
Put red pepper paste, red pepper powder, soy sauce, sugar, ground garlic, and cooking wine into a soju cup
Mix evenly to make the sauce.
(If you make 1 bag of bean sprouts, measure it in 1/2 cup.)
The marinade ratio is 1:1:1:1:1:1.
Please refer to it and make it.
STEP 4/10
Place washed bean sprouts in a royal or wide pan
Place sliced green onions on top of bean sprouts.
STEP 5/10
Onions and mini mushrooms
STEP 6/10
Put a lot of sliced pork belly on top of that. (I think it's about 3-4 zooms.)
STEP 7/10
Put the sauce and perilla leaves on top
STEP 8/10
Sprinkle sesame seeds, too
STEP 9/10
Now put the heat on the stove and bring to a boil over high heat.
When you boil it, moisture comes out of the bean sprouts and becomes sticky.
Before it boiled, it was overflowing and it was full
When it starts to cook, it shrinks.
It's good to boil it and eat it when it's cooked
It's okay to boil it on a portable electric stove or a gas stove
It's perfect to put it on a wrap!
STEP 10/10
A hearty dinner menu. Bean sprout bulgogi
If you want it to be more spicy
You know that, right? If you cut and put it in, it's spicy and spicy
