Cooking Steps
STEP 1/12
Use a kitchen towel to remove the blood from the meat.If you want to eat steak that is well-cooked, moist, and delicious to the core, it is good to take the meat out of the refrigerator in advance and leave it at room temperature for about 20 minutes before cooking.
STEP 2/12
Sprinkle herb salt in front and back of meat.(If you don't have herb salt, use salt and pepper.)
STEP 3/12
In the meantime, prepare vegetables to accompany.
STEP 4/12
Sprinkle a moderate amount of herb salt on the mushrooms and branches
STEP 5/12
Melt olive oil and butter in a pan
STEP 6/12
Grill the steak in a heated pan.I think I cooked it for 4 minutes on one side. You can pour oil on the top and grill the roast steak well so that it doesn't dry out.Cook the front, back, and sides evenly
STEP 7/12
When the steak was almost done, they grilled the vegetables in the remaining space.I think you can do it at your convenience.
STEP 8/12
Place grilled meat on a plate and cover with foil and rest for about 5 minutes. If you do this, the juice spreads evenly, making the steak moist and delicious.
STEP 9/12
I'll grill two mushrooms
STEP 10/12
I'll grill asparagus and cherry tomatoes
STEP 11/12
Place 1/2 cup steak sauce and 1/2 cup milk in skillet while vegetables are being baked and simmer over low heat. It's good to put in whipped cream, but I replaced it with milk because it wasn't there. You can skip milk according to your preference.I think the taste of milk or whipped cream is getting softer.
STEP 12/12
You can put it on a plate to your liking.A fantastic combination of steak and garnish~^^
Cook the meat on one side, turn it over, and cook the other side well. Please choose the vegetables you like.
