  • Salt

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Prepare the well-cooked cucumber kimchi.

Slice 2 cucumber kimchi.
STEP 3/5
Prepare a cool cold noodle soup by adding sliced cucumber kimchi, soup, sugar, vinegar, and Cheongyang red pepper in slightly frozen cold noodle broth.
STEP 4/5
Put cold water on the noodles and boil it until it's chewy
(When the foam boils, pour cold water in the middle to calm it down.)
STEP 5/5
Pour the prepared cold broth into the well-cooked noodles to complete the cucumber kimchi cold noodles.
