STEP 1/6
Cut tofu into finger-sized pieces and drain it on a kitchen towel.
Sprinkle a bit of salt and season the tofu.

Pour oil into a frying pan and fry the tofu.
STEP 3/6
The tofu is golden brown.
You have to make the tofu color dark so that the tofu color is pretty.

Chop up the garlic.
Chop the green onions.
STEP 5/6
Stir-fry dark soy sauce, cooking wine, and garlic in a frying pan.
You can burn it if you do it on high heat, so please turn it to low heat.
STEP 6/6
When it smells like garlic, add tofu
I'm going to flip it over.
Add honey, fried seaweed, green onions, pepper, and sesame oil
You can finish it off with sesame seeds.
Tofu seems a bit thick, but I'll fry it.
You can break the seasoned laver and use it.
