Prepare a bowl of rice in a concave bowl.

Put enough oil on a frying pan

Bake popcorn chicken (or nuggets).
If chicken breast cans are prepared, mix chicken breast and mayonnaise without baking.
I don't have chicken breast, so I replaced it with chicken at home^^

Sprinkle furigake over the rice while the chicken is cooked.
STEP 5/7
Cut the lettuce and place it around the rice.
STEP 6/7
Put the fried kimchi on top.
STEP 7/7
Put the fried chicken on top and sprinkle mayonnaise on it's done!
If you added chicken breast, skip mayonnaise!
It's best to cut lettuce into bite-sized pieces. It is convenient to cut it into bite-sized pieces when rubbing and eating.
I bought furigake online. If you don't have it, you can do it with rice!
Stir-fry kimchi at a convenience store if you are lazy, and if you have kimchi at home, stir-fry it with sugar and soy sauce. Sugar catches the old smell of kimchi. I like sweet things, so I add a lot of sugar and 2-3 spoons of soy sauce. (Based on 1/3 waiver)
If the kimchi is undercooked when you stir-fry it, add a little bit of vinegar to it and it tastes like kimchi!
If there is not enough seasoning, please add more kimchi.
Remove kimchi from chicken mayo, add egg garnish (scramble egg) and sprinkle mayonnaise and teriyaki sauce~:)
