  • Tofu
    1piece
  • Host
    1handful
  • Cooking oil

  • ground pepper

  • Seasoned salt

  • Red pepper powder

  • red pepper paste

  • Soy sauce
    2T
  • Sugar
    1T
  • Vinegar
    1T
  • Ketchup
    1.5T
  • Water

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Cut tofu into appropriate sizes and season with salt and pepper.
STEP 2/8
Place in an air fryer and cook until crispy on the outside. (I cooked at 200 degrees for 10 minutes.)
STEP 3/8
Cool down the cooked tofu.
STEP 4/8
Make the sauce with red pepper paste, sugar, vinegar, ketchup, soy sauce, and water.
STEP 5/8
Stir-fry the sauce on medium low heat for about 1 minute in a pan covered with cooking oil.
STEP 6/8
Add tofu and season evenly.
STEP 7/8
Add the bean sprouts and stir-fry until the bean sprouts die. Season it with salt. (I put in two skewers of seasoned salt.)
STEP 8/8
Stir-fry it well and it's done.
Replacement of air fryer - Pour cooking oil into a pan and cook as if frying tofu.
