Cooking Steps
STEP 1/10
First, soak the prepared Thai-style rice noodles in cold water for 20-30 minutes before starting cooking.
STEP 2/10
Slice onions and carrots thinly, and chop chives and coriander at appropriate intervals.
STEP 3/10
Put 4T of oil in a preheated frying pan and stir-fry carrots over medium heat,

When the carrots are ready, add the shrimp and stir-fry.
STEP 5/10
When the shrimp is half cooked, push the ingredients in the frying pan to one side, tilt the oil to the empty side, then add the eggs and cook about 1/3 of the time.
STEP 6/10
When the eggs are slightly cooked, beat them together like scrambled eggs to make the shape smaller.
STEP 7/10
Then, put all the sauce on top and use all the sauce on top. That's how you get a proper Thai taste.
STEP 8/10
When the sauce starts to boil slightly, add the noodles and stir-fry on medium-low heat for about 2 minutes and 30 seconds.
STEP 9/10
If you think the noodles are almost done, add the bean sprouts and chives and stir-fry them over medium heat for 20 seconds.
STEP 10/10
Lastly, if you sprinkle peanuts, crushed dried peppers, and cilantro on top, today's cooking is over.
With the savory peanut powder and the unique scent of cilantro, it feels really different from what you usually eat~ If you add lemon juice to your taste, it's okay to control the fishy smell.

    I hope you write down the amount of recipe well I said 3 servings I think the amount of ingredients is for one person... It means you need to put three times as much water as 200mm I think there's a lot, so I put in less It's no longer stir-fried noodles. I took out all the soup and did it again.
