Please prepare enough ingredients. Chop spinach into appropriate sizes, and chop onions, mushrooms, and carrots. Beat in the eggs and prepare them.

Place rice and water in a saucepan in a 1:2 ratio. Then boil over high heat and reduce to low heat when it starts to boil, stirring once at a time, until the rice grains spread.

When the rice grains are spread, add all vegetables except spinach and simmer over low heat for about 3 minutes.

Then add the spinach and mix well.

Remove from heat, add 2 pieces of solid curry, cover and allow 2 to 3 minutes for curry to melt.

Beat in solid curry and simmer over low heat for about 5 minutes.

Then, put the egg mixture in a circle and stir it once or twice after about 30 seconds.

I thought the curry taste was a bit lacking, so I added about 1T of curry powder. Please adjust the amount of curry to suit your taste.
