Cooking Steps

Place onions, green onions, and garlic on the grill and burn slightly. It enhances the smell of jaggers and deep scents.

Place the disposable foil pot on the grill and add water, burnt vegetables, mirin, sugar, starch syrup, bay leaves, whole pepper and cheongyang pepper. Put Cheongyang red pepper in the middle of the cut.

When the broth boils, add pork belly and boil it down.Move the foil pan over medium heat and boil it down for 40 to 50 minutes. If you don't have enough water, you can add a little more water. We used a wide foil pot to take pictures, but it's easier to cook if you use a small foil pot to soak pork belly. You can cook meat or other dishes on the other grill side because it is cooked for a long time. Please check from time to time^^

Cut vegetables while cooking meat. Slice onions and bell peppers into pieces, bite-sized broccoli, and half-moon-shaped sweet pumpkin.

Remove the meat and ingredients from the broth.
