I think it's better to pickle cabbage like KFC's coleslawMany recipes say that it removes moisture completely and mixes it, but if the cabbage is too stiff, a large amount of cabbage goes into the raw, so I think the cabbage taste will be too strong So I shook off the water, put the sauce in the cabbage, mix it, and when it's pickled, the water comes out. After throwing away the water, I only put in the pickled cabbage :-)
