How to make delicious kimchi stew with pork
It's been a while since I made kimchi jjigae with pork. I really wanted to eat spicy kimchi stew. I cooked it deliciously with a lot of pork, ham, and tofu. :)

  • Seasoned soy sauce

    1/2spoon
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
First, cut canned ham and tofu into bite-size pieces.

Let's start cooking! Cut kimchi into bite-size pieces and stir-fry it slightly in a pot with kimchi soup. I added 1/3 spoon of sugar and stir-fried it together.

When the kimchi is cooked to a certain extent, add the meat and stir-fry it together. I prepared pork belly Pork neck doesn't matter.

I'll put in the sliced ham. Add just enough water to cover the ingredients slightly!

Add 2 spoons of red pepper powder and 1 spoon of minced garlic.
STEP 6/8
And you just have to boil it If you don't have enough seasoning, add 1 spoon of seasoned soy sauce and it was perfect. ^^ You can match it with soy sauce or salt

At the end, add tofu and green onions and boil it one more time!! And I've been using ketchup as a tip since a while ago! If you add half a spoon of ketchup when you make kimchi stew, the taste changes! It's a groom's tip, but it's always a must. ^^
