Rinse the pupa in the rice water, strain it into a sieve, and place it in a separate bowl.

Add 1t of ginger liquor over high heat and fry it. Add 0.3t & 1t of refined rice wine (cooking wine) when using ginger juice.

Pour only enough rice water to cover the chrysalis.

Turn off the heat when it boils. If you boil it for a long time, the juiciness and sweetness of the pupa will disappear.

Add 1T of remaining green onion, green, red pepper & pepper. (If you want more spicy taste, 1t of thick red pepper powder)

Put the pupa soup in the bowl.
