Today, we're going to make stir-fried tripe with spicy and chewy Hasung direct fire tripe. With the vegetables in the refrigerator, and a pack of 300g of Haseong direct-fired bulgopchang, a two-person side dish is enough. So let's make it now. ^^;
If there are vegetables in the refrigerator that need to be used quickly, take them out and prepare them. I prepared onions, carrots, cabbages, green onions, rice cakes, and perilla leaves.

Soak the rice cake in advance, and soak the perilla leaves in water for a while so that they don't dry. If you have whole garlic, slice it in advance.
