Making broth
4 cups of water, 2 sheets of kelp, 1 handful of katsuobushi, and a column of shiitake mushrooms (optional)

Boil 3 cups of water and 2 pieces of kelp

Put a handful of katsuobushi (approximately 10g) and boil it for 10 minutes

Making Sukiyaki
