#Making tuna ssamjang using canned tuna #Making cabbage simple #
I made cabbage wraps and lettuce wraps lunch boxes. It's a tuna ssambap that looks like a flower of lettuce and cabbage. You can easily make cabbage wraps using electronic lenses without having to steam cabbage in a steamer. It's a Tuna Ssambap rice table that you can easily and simply make with canned tuna at home.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/19
First, it is an easy and simple way to boil cabbage. It's using electronic lenses. After rinsing cabbage layer by layer, wash it, put it in a bowl, and add half of water.
STEP 2/19
After you put the wrap on it, use chopsticks or forks to make holes. Turn it into an electronic lens for about a minute. And if you roll up the wrap you put on and leave it as it is for a while, the cabbage will definitely steam smoothly.
STEP 3/19
Now that the cabbage is cooked, let's make ssamjang. Put the green onions and minced garlic in the earthen pot.
STEP 4/19
Add chopped onions and chop red pepper and Cheongyang red pepper to give it a spicy taste.
STEP 5/19
Pour water in here and bring to a boil. If you completely remove the oil from the tuna at this time, you can make the tuna ssamjang faster.
STEP 6/19
I'm going to season. I added soybean paste 2 : red pepper paste 1 : red pepper powder 1.5 ratio. Add soybean paste and red pepper paste first and mix well.
STEP 7/19
If it's well-done, add red pepper powder and add the spicy taste to give it a color.
STEP 8/19
Then, boil it.
STEP 9/19
When it boils up, add the drained tuna. And boil it again.
STEP 10/19
Adjust the overall concentration of ssamjang with perilla seed powder. If you add perilla powder, the savory taste doubles. It naturally adjusts the concentration.
STEP 11/19
With onions, the sweetness naturally came out, and the thick tuna ssamjang was made. Even if you don't put sugar or starch syrup in here, the sweetness comes from the onion
STEP 12/19
Tuna ssamjang is also made, so I'll prepare rice now. Let the rice cool down a bit.
STEP 13/19
In the meantime, the cabbage is cooked smoothly. Then drain it and wait!!!
STEP 14/19
Wash lettuce and drain.
STEP 15/19
Season the slightly cooled rice just like when you make gimbap. Add sesame oil, sesame seeds, and salt and mix well.
STEP 16/19
Please put a cabbage and put seasoned rice in it and roll it like kimbap. The bigger the cabbage, the better it will roll. If you use the cabbage's cover, it's easy to roll and make. And then cut it like you're cutting kimbap, and you're done with cabbage wraps.
STEP 17/19
Please make the leftover rice into a round shape so that it's easy to eat. If you put one in each lettuce, it's going to be a lettuce rice ball~~~
STEP 18/19
If you put cabbage wrap in the middle and lettuce wrap on the edge, it looks like a lettuce flower, so it looks delicious.
STEP 19/19
And put the tuna ssamjang on top. Then I think the ssambap flowers are in full bloom. It's good to hold and eat one at a time to eat. It's good as a lunch box.
