Numa-san sandwich
It's a sandwich from Japan I changed it to my way of eating Pottery artist Oh Noona made it for his wife and named it Numa-san The point is to pile up the sliced cabbage like a mountain and wrap it tightly I really like the crunchy texture

  • Slice cheese

  • Vinegar

  • Mayonnaise

Cooking Steps

Chop the cabbage finely
STEP 2/6
Mix cabbage with all the seasoning ingredients
STEP 3/6
If you have bacon, you can use it
I don't have it, so I replaced it with slice ham
Slice it thinly

Bake in a dry pan until golden brown
STEP 5/6
Cook the bread in a dry pan until golden brown
Place sliced cheese on bread and ham on other bread
