STEP 1/14
Wash the skin clean without peeling it.
STEP 2/14
I cut it into wedge potato shapes. I cut it in half, cut it in half again, and made 8 pieces per piece in a triangular shape.
STEP 3/14
We're going to bake it in the oven, but blanch it in boiling water to cook it faster. I added salt so that it can be seasoned to the inside of the potato.
STEP 4/14
I boiled the potatoes in boiling water for 5 minutes. It depends on the size of the potato, but it can be boiled for 7 to 8 minutes. I usually use the timer because I blink a lot.
STEP 5/14
Remove the water from the potatoes that have been cooked.
STEP 6/14
Mix in olive oil, salt and parsley. I wanted to add rosemary, but I only have basil and parsley powder...
STEP 7/14
I mixed half of it with seasoning powder. It's not chicken, but... I think it'll be good if you put it on potatoes.
STEP 8/14
It feels like it's going to be delicious
STEP 9/14
I put paper foil on the oven pan and lined it up nicely.
STEP 10/14
There's a difference in color before the two styles go into the oven, but it doesn't show when you mix them in the oven. There's a difference in taste
STEP 11/14
I baked it for 15 minutes in a 250 degree oven.
STEP 12/14
15 minutes won't work, right??? Back to the oven! I baked it for 20 minutes this time.
It depends on the oven, so you have to adjust the time and temperature.
STEP 13/14
I thought this was enough, so I took it out. If you put it in the oven, you can see how much it's baked, but it takes a long time. It takes less time to bake in an air fryer, but I can't see how much it's cooked... I thought about doing it quickly.
STEP 14/14
The left side is the original and the right side is the seasoning powder. Seasoning powder tastes better because it's salty.
