STEP 1/9
Prepare 50g of shrimp without a head.
(Grind the head in a blender and fry the shrimp pancake or put it in soup or stew!)
You can prepare 30g of nuts that you like, such as almonds and sunflower seeds
(For your information, I have a bag of Starbucks Oodok Healthy Nut & Blueberry playing at home, so I put it in.)
STEP 2/9
Sieve shrimp with only body and shake off the powder.
STEP 3/9
Add 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of sugar, 1 tablespoon of mirin, and 1 tablespoon of oligosaccharide and mix them well to complete the sweet and salty sauce!
STEP 4/9
If you put dried shrimp in a preheated pan over medium-low heat and stir-fry it for about 5 minutes, the color becomes a little blurry like the second picture.
This is when you throw in the nuts.
STEP 5/9
Add the nuts and stir-fry it for 3 more minutes
Spread the fried dried shrimp nuts on a kitchen towel, paper foil, or wide plate and cool them down.
STEP 6/9
Boil over low heat until the seasoning is a little thick (like caramel sauce), then add the cooled dried shrimp nuts and stir-fry well.
STEP 7/9
When the sauce permeates the shrimp, turn off the heat and sprinkle sesame seeds!!!
It's easy to make stir-fried dried shrimp, right? "-"
STEP 8/9
The crispy, chewy texture, salty, sweet, and savory taste are so artistic stir-fried dried shrimp nuts~
