Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Slice the sausage and mushrooms and shred the onions
STEP 2/8
Put the egg mixture in a bowl and mix well with a whisk
STEP 3/8
Cut the bread into 1.5cm cubes
STEP 4/8
Melt the butter in a heated pan and add all the vegetables and sausages
Stir-fry until you're out of breath, remove from heat and cool down
STEP 5/8
Place bread and 4 in an oven dish
STEP 6/8
Add egg mixture and top with cheese
STEP 7/8
Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 20-25 minutes

Sprinkle parsley powder on the finished bread pudding
Use leftover vegetables in the refrigerator
