Transforms into a great side dish with canned saury!
With one can of saury, you can have a hearty meal. It's summer, so my appetite is low... It's not enough. Lol just.. I can't make hot food because it's getting hot... Right? Rather than hot soup and stew, I thought of a simple menu that can be eaten. When you go out in the hot afternoon, you eat cool eggplant cold soup or cucumber cold soup. I went in and out of the vegetable compartment to buy something on my way to the mart, and I brought a canned saury and a canned mackerel that I can eat at any time. Children like fish, but when they are worried about the fishy smell or are lazy to apply thorns to them, they eat it well if they fry it with a little bit of pancake powder. For some reason, I thought of a soupy saury dish that can replace the national flag.. Normally, I put in kimchi and eat saury kimchi stew, but today, I'm going to add dried radish greens to my taste

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
We prepared dried radish greens by boiling them thoroughly and peeling them. Boil it in advance and put it in the freezer once to eat, so it's easy to eat. First, put half of the soybean paste, red pepper powder, and garlic in a dried radish greens and season them. If you don't have radish greens, it's good to live a softer sweet cabbage!
STEP 2/6
Put it in a pot first, and then put the mackerel in the canned saury. Fresh saury is good, too
Canned mackerel pike with less fishy smell is perfect for those who are not good at cooking, right?
It's very comfortable because it's also gut-removed.
STEP 3/6
Then, add half of the sauce you put in the red pepper powder. Personally, if you want to eat it more spicy, you can add more. And if you don't have broth or anchovy broth to soak the saury, just add water and boil it down.
STEP 4/6
The soup is very..
STEP 5/6
The sauce is in the soybean paste, so I didn't do it separately. The seasoning depends on the soybean paste, so if you're bored, you can add a little bit of soy sauce.
STEP 6/6
And lastly, green onions and cheongyang peppers!!
