How to make cucumber soy sauce pickle
My family makes pickles more often than cucumbers! I used to make pickles in general, but now I'm very interested in soy sauce pickles from meat restaurants. Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Wash cucumbers clean and gently scratch the thorns with a filler to remove them.

Cut into 2cm thick slices.
STEP 3/8
Cut the pickled onions into quarters.
STEP 4/8
Cut it into long slices. Please make sure the thickness is not too thin.
STEP 5/8
Remove seeds from cheongyang peppers (use chili pepper seeds if you want to eat spicy)
Cut it into 2 centimeters long.
STEP 6/8
Now put 2 cups of water, 1 cup of soy sauce, 1 cup of sugar, 1 cup of vinegar, and 2 sheets of Wolgye tree leaves in a pot and turn off the heat as soon as the sugar melts and boils.

Disinfect the glass bottle with hot water
Mix the ingredients well and place them in a glass bottle.

Now let the boiled soy sauce cool slightly and pour it when it is warm.
Put it in the refrigerator for a day at room temperature and eat it
