Peel the burdock with a filler.

I filled it up and prepared it.
A browning occurred while cutting burdock.

Put water in the pot
Put 1 tablespoon of vinegar and blanch it.
When you blanch burdock, the color changes cleanly.

Pour 1/4 cup of dark soy sauce and add color.

I prepared a small onion.
Remove the inner skin of the onion and prepare it by filling it in burdock size.

Put onions in burdock pickles
I made it taste a bit deeper.
I added onions in between.

Take all the ingredients from the burdock pickle seasoning.

Put the seasoning in a bottle.

I added a little bit of soy sauce to give it a color
It looks pretty good.
After 3 days, I'm going to pour the burdock pickle soup and boil it.
I'm going to cool it down and pour it in.
