01. Boil anchovy and kelp stock
Put 1.5L of water in a wide pot for crab soup and add 2 kelp and 10 anchovies for broth.
When the water starts to boil over high heat, take out the kelp and boil over medium heat for another 10 minutes.

02. Preparing and cleaning frozen blue crabs
Remove the sharp legs of frozen crab with scissors and rinse with water.

03. trimming vegetables
You can cut the vegetables for the crab stew into big pieces.
Wash the enoki mushroom with running water and cut the soil-stained bottom neatly.
Cut the radish so that it's not too thick.
Chop onion, green onion, zucchini > into bite-size pieces.

04. Making broth
If you're done preparing the vegetables, the broth will be boiled to a certain extent. Strain 1 spoon of soybean paste and half spoon of red pepper paste into the broth.

05. Add radish and boil it
Add 200g of radish and boil it over high heat. Boil the radish until it's transparent. By my standards, it's cooked transparently after boiling for about 7 minutes.

06. Boil crab and pollack
Add the main ingredients, frozen crab and pollack, and a spoonful of minced garlic. Add sliced onions now. Start with <high heat> and when it starts to boil, reduce to <medium heat> and simmer for another 10 minutes.

08. Season it and add the rest of the vegetables
If you cooked it on medium heat for about 10 minutes
Add 1 spoon of red pepper powder and 1 spoon of soy sauce and season. And if you add all the vegetables except for the crown daisy and boil them on medium heat for another 5 minutes, the delicious crab soup is complete.^_^
