[Cottage cheese]
If you boil 300g of milk with a bag of yogurt powder and two pinch of salt, the curd and whey will be separated as shown in the picture^~^
(Based on 1 serving)

Place a strainer underneath and pour it into the filter paper^~^
(It's easy to use a re-pack that Daiso sells.)^~^)

When the whey comes out, squeeze it with your hands and remove the remaining moisture with a kitchen towel

It's easy to make cheese in less than 10 minutes^~^

If you eat it with bread or with salad, it's savory, so it's thumbs up^~^

[Pretty Chel Yogurt Jelly]
Ingredients are 300g of milk, 6 spoons of fruit cocktail, 1/2 spoon of agar powder, and 1 bag of yogurt powder

Put 3 spoons of fruit cocktail in the container to make jelly

Add half a spoonful of agar powder to 300g of milk and mix well and bring to a boil over low heat^^

[Danish drinking yogurt] It's too simple, so there's no process shot^~^ If you just mix 100g of milk with a bag of yogurt powder, you'll be able to taste the Danish drinking yogurt you buy at a convenience store^^
