Soondae gukbap and gomtang broth
If you add salted shrimp, perilla powder, green onion, and Cheongyang red pepper as much as you want along with white rice and chewy noodles in the hot soondae, it will be very, very filling for a meal!!

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
Put the prepared vacuum sundae in a steamer with boiling water, cover it, and steam it over medium heat for 3 minutes.

Cut the steamed soondae into bite-size pieces

While steaming the sundae, chop the Cheongyang red pepper and green onion.

Then, when the noodles are boiling hot, add 1/2T of salt and noodles to the water, close the lid, and bring to a boil over medium heat.

If you boil the noodles well, the bubbles will boil. If you repeat the process of pouring 200cc of cold water twice, it becomes sticky.

Pour water twice and when the bubbles boil again, remove the noodles and wash them in cold water.

Let's prepare the broth now. Boil the broth in a pot and when it boils up, add a little bit of boiled sundae, salt and pepper, and boil it over medium heat for another minute, and that's the end of today's cooking.
If you add chives and onion salad on top, you can enjoy it even more deliciously because it is spicy and refreshing.
