STEP 2/6
Put the [blueberry] ingredients in a pot and boil until the sugar melts, add each natural powder to the white jade paste and color it to make a [settle flower]. Put the amount of [red bean cream] ingredients in a bowl and mix well.

Put the spicy rice powder through a sieve, add water, empty it with your hands, and then put it back down on a sieve and mix with allulose.

Put the shirumite on the steamer and place the mousse ring on it, put 2 cups of 3 and spread evenly. Raise the [Blueberry Comfort] in the middle so that the edge remains 2cm, add the remaining 3, and trim it flat with a scraper. Put a steamer on a pot of boiling water and steam it for 10 minutes, gently remove the mousse ring, steam it for 15 minutes again, and let it simmer for 5 minutes with the heat off.
STEP 5/6
Turn the steamer upside down with a wide plate on top of the steamer, remove the shirumite, and turn the wide plate over on the rice cake again.
