fried chicken ribs/salt-grilled seasoning
Last weekend, I wanted to relax at home for the first time in a while, but there was a small festival in the apartment for the children's academy pick-up, so I joined them. I had dinner/cooked meals at a delicious restaurant until early in the morning on Friday/after a long time with my acquaintances and I didn't even know the day was going by. Among the main dishes here, the salt-grilled chicken ribs tasted so good.. I was thinking about grilling it in the garden the next day, so I just grilled it at home/tasting it for a little bit.

Ingredients
  • Chicken breast
  • Cooking oil
  • Salt
  • ground pepper
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/3
First, boil the chicken breast, hang it on a sieve, drain it, and catch the smell first!
STEP 2/3
Next, bake it in a frying pan until golden brown.
STEP 3/3
If you think it's cooked enough, cut it into bite-size pieces and plate it nicely, and you're done!!
I'll try charcoal fire next time when the weather is good.
