Soy sauce
1/2spoon
Vinegar
2~3spoon
Sugar
1spoon
Salt

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
Prepare bellflower roots that are soaked in cold water and drained of bitter water.
STEP 2/7
Cut one cucumber diagonally into half-moon shapes.
STEP 3/7
Put the prepared bellflower root and cucumber in a bowl and add the prepared seasoning.
STEP 4/7
Mix it with the sauce
STEP 5/7
Put in the slightly grilled dried filefish fillet and mix it again
STEP 6/7
Put in the green onions and mix them together
STEP 7/7
Place the well-mixed bellflower cucumber salad on a plate and sprinkle sesame seeds.
If you put squid or dried filefish fillet in the seasoned bellflower cucumber, it's fun to eat!^^
There is red pepper paste and soy sauce, so just add a little salt.
