  • Cucumber

  • Cabbage
    200g
  • Pickling Spice
    1T
  • bay leaf
  • Water
    400cc
  • Vinegar
    100cc
  • Sugar
    3T
  • Salt
    3t
  • Ginger
  • Whole pepper
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Wash the mini cucumbers clean with salt (or vinegar) and cut the cabbage into bite-size pieces.
STEP 2/6
After disinfecting the bottle, add cabbage and cucumber.
STEP 3/6
Boil the seasoning ingredients except vinegar in a pot, then reduce the heat to medium and boil for two to three more minutes.
STEP 4/6
Remove from heat and mix with vinegar.
STEP 5/6
Pour pickle water into a jar of cucumber and cabbage.
STEP 6/6
When cucumbers and cabbage are pickled in pickle water, sour and crunchy pickles are completed.
Rather than making a lot of pickles, make enough pickles for a week.
