Stir-fried pork with oyster sauce
It's a special rice side dish that stir-fried pork and eggplants with oyster sauce :)

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/9
Please prepare enough ingredients. Cut eggplant into 3-4 pieces and chop garlic. Chop up the cheongyang pepper and green onion. Place the pork on a kitchen towel to drain the blood.

Mix the sauce ingredients well.

Grease a pan with 3T cooking oil and stir-fry eggplants over medium heat.

Add 2T of cooking oil as the pan stir-fried eggplant, add garlic, green onions, and Cheongyang red pepper, and stir-fry over low heat until it smells.

If Cheongyang red pepper and green onion smell, add ground pork over medium heat and stir-fry with pepper.

When the surface of the pork is cooked white, put it on high heat and add the fried eggplant.

Then add the sauce you made earlier and stir-fry it on high heat for 1-2 minutes. Salt for the lack of seasoning, please.
Instead of ground pork, you can chop and stir-fry pork thinly.
