Cooking Steps
STEP 1/11
First, chop 1 sausage, 1/2 green onion and 1/2 carrot.
STEP 2/11
I prepared a bowl of rice.
STEP 3/11
Break three eggs into a bowl and mix them well with a pinch of salt.
STEP 4/11
Pour enough oil into the pan
Add chopped sausages and chopped green onions and stir-fry over high heat until slightly golden.
STEP 5/11
Add chopped carrots and stir-fry slightly, then add a bowl of rice and stir-fry it again.
Then season with salt.
STEP 6/11
Turn off the gas heat and mix well with sesame seeds and 1 tablespoon of sesame oil.
Spread the fried rice on a plate and let it cool.
STEP 7/11
Cut the appropriate size of the plastic wrap on top of the kimbap roll and put half of the cold fried rice on top and roll it like kimbap.
Then roll the ends of the sanitary wrap.
Roll the rest of the fried rice the same way.
STEP 8/11
Using a kitchen towel, oil the pan evenly and pour half the egg water.
If the egg water is cooked, put the fried rice on the plastic wrap
Roll it like an egg roll.
STEP 9/11
Cut it into bite-size pieces.
STEP 10/11
Put it in the lunch box and sprinkle ketchup and mayonnaise. That's it!
STEP 11/11
It tastes good, it's nutritious, and it's easy to pick up, so it's a good fried rice egg roll for a picnic lunch box
They want me to wrap fried rice with egg rolls when I go on a kindergarten picnic next week, if it suits my 5-year-old son's taste

It was a bit hard to roll because the egg was too thick, but I ate a lunch box and the ketchup was ruined on the lid of the lunch box
