I bought the beef brisket frozen because I couldn't see it at the mart, but it was easily dried because it melted. Other than that, you can prepare bulgogi or shabu shabu as much as you want

First, cut all the vegetables into thin slices and prepare them. (I passed because I didn't have bean sprouts) Cut the bottom of the enoki mushroom and spread it out so that it doesn't clump. Cut the rest of the ingredients into long pieces and get ready!

Place shredded vegetables in a large bowl, season with half a spoon of sugar, 3 skewers of salt, and pepper and mix thoroughly to prevent clumping.

All we have to do is roll it up. First, spread the meat and lightly coat it with flour so that it sticks well. And put a lot of vegetables in the middle. Roll it tightly so that it doesn't spread out, and you're done!!

Fortunately, there are plenty of vegetables and meat, so we made a lot. I didn't have a separate steamer pot, so I put water in a regular large pot and steamed the meat with the steamer at home. If you're going to make doenjang-jjigae, add plenty of water!

If you're going to make peanut sauce, just put all the sauce ingredients written above in the blender and grind them!
