While stirring, mash the grains roughly with a spoon.
When it's half boiled down, add lemon juice.
I added 2 tablespoons of lemon juice.
If you want to make it more refreshing, you can add more.

The jam became thick when I kept boiling it over medium heat.
Now, take a little cold water from the bowl and drop a little jam.
At this time, if the jam spreads in cold water, you have to boil it more.
If it doesn't spread and stays the same, it's complete
TIP) The higher the amount of sugar, the harder the jam becomes when it cools
Be careful not to boil too much jam.
