STEP 1/16
These are the ingredients for today. Have you prepared the ingredients? Let's start cooking.
STEP 2/16
First, cut the head of the octopus with scissors and remove the internal organs.
STEP 3/16
Also, cut both eyes with scissors and remove them. Oh, by the way, don't forget to remove the octopus's mouth.
STEP 4/16
And wash the octopus clean by rubbing it with salt.
STEP 5/16
When the water to blanch the octopus is boiling, add 1/2T of salt and 1T of vinegar.
STEP 6/16
Blanch the octopus in boiling water over high heat for about 3 minutes. Drain the cooked octopus in a sieve.
STEP 7/16
While draining the octopus, chop the onions, carrots, and pears at 0.5cm intervals, slice the red and green peppers diagonally with garnish, wash the water parsley clean and cut into 4cm pieces, and chop the lettuce finely.
STEP 8/16
If the small octopus in the sieve is not drained, it is okay to dry it on a kitchen towel.
STEP 9/16
And cut the big leg into small pieces to eat in one bite of octopus size.
STEP 10/16
The amount of octopus cut like this is about one plate. You can think of it as this much for 3 people.
STEP 11/16
Place the chopped octopus in a bowl, add 2T of red pepper paste, 1T of red pepper powder, 1T of vinegar, 1/2T of sugar, 1/2T of starch syrup, and a little bit of pepper, and mix until the seasoning is well cut into the octopus.
STEP 12/16
Add all the vegetables except lettuce to the seasoned octopus and mix again.
STEP 13/16
Add lettuce as a finishing touch and toss carefully one more time as if handling a baby. Just before eating, sprinkle sesame seeds and serve on a plate.
STEP 14/16
It's good because it's sour and sweet even if you eat it with rice, but I'll teach you how to eat it more deliciously~~
STEP 15/16
Put enough rice on a plate and sprinkle a little bit of sesame oil, and add a little bit of sesame.
STEP 16/16
Use scissors to thinly cut the salt-oil seaweed at home. Place thinly sliced seaweed on top of rice.
