STEP 1/6
[Making bread crumbs]
Tear 2 slices of bread by hand and grind them in a blender.
STEP 2/6
[Making skewers]
Thread rice cakes, sausages, and quail eggs on a skewer. You have to use something soft to get the rice cake through, so if it's frozen, blanch it for about a minute.
STEP 3/6
[Putting batter on it]
Sprinkle 3 spoons (50g) of gravity on a tray. Dip evenly into the skewered quail egg rice cake skewers and soak 2 eggs in the water.
STEP 4/6
[Putting bread crumbs on it]
Put bread crumbs on it
Talk! Drop the lumpy powder.
STEP 5/6
[Frying]
Fill a frying pan with cooking oil and preheat. You just need to fry it on medium heat for 40 seconds. You can fry it until it turns light brown.
STEP 6/6
[Making sauce]
Mix 4 spoons of ketchup, 1 spoon of red pepper paste, 1 spoon of sugar, 2 spoons of oligosaccharide, half a spoon of dark soy sauce, half a spoon of minced garlic, and 1 spoon of plum juice in a bowl. Pour it into a frying pan and boil it once over high heat, stir gently when it starts to boil, and boil for about 30 more seconds.
It tastes similar because it's rice cake skewer sauce, but because of quail eggs and sausages
I could feel various flavors and texture. It wasn't spicy at all for adults because I only added 1 spoon of red pepper paste. If you make it a little more spicy depending on your preference, I think it will go well with the crunchiness.
