STEP 2/9
Prepare the ingredients.
STEP 3/9
Wash perilla leaves and drain them.
Rip the crab meat off the plastic.
Fry ham in hot water and bake in a pan to cut.
Cut the cheese in half, please.
Cut the cucumber in half, take out the seeds with a spoon, and cut it into the same size as pickled radish
After marinating for 15 minutes, remove the water.
Prepare the stir-fried dried squid.
STEP 4/9
After removing the oil, mix the tuna with mayonnaise, wasabi, and hot sauce.
Wasabi catches the greasy taste and hot sauce gives the spicy taste.
Season the rice. (Dried rice is more delicious because it is chewed.)
STEP 5/9
After you put the rough side of the seaweed inside
Spread the rice on top, spread the perilla leaves, and put the cheese and the chi-chi on top.
STEP 6/9
Put dried squid, pickled cucumber, ham, and crab meat on the side.
STEP 7/9
This is what I looked like
You just have to roll it up.
STEP 8/9
After making gimbap, use perilla oil from the gloves and put it on the gimbap
STEP 9/9
This is the shape of a boiled rice ball cut with a knife.
Since stir-fried dried squid is spicy and chewy, the texture is better :)
The perilla leaf covered the ingredients once, so it didn't go bad quickly. :)
I had gimbap for lunch
It was good to wrap tuna kimbap, cheese kimbap, and dried squid kimbap depending on your preference :)
It was so delicious with soup :)
It's a secret that I ate too much
