Ramen sari tata. Fusion pretata that fried ramen with eggs
You all know that fritata is a dish like Italian fried eggs, right? On the Food Network channel, an Italian chef named Giada de Laurentiis said it was a food made by his mother when he was young, and he made pretata with tomato spaghetti left over from the previous day, so he made it the day after eating spaghetti for years. Kids can have snacks after school, when they're hungry at night, or as a side dish for beer

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/11
If the rice cake soup is not at room temperature, let it soak for more than 30 minutes in advance. Rice cake is an optional ingredient. If you don't have it, skip it.
STEP 2/11
Cut the sufficiently soaked rice cake into 4-5 pieces. If you don't use it, pass
STEP 3/11
Add 2 tons of ramen powder to 4 eggs and mix them with a fork or chopsticks. I used Shin Ramen powder.
STEP 4/11
Boil ramen or ramen + rice cake soup in boiling water for 2 minutes.

STEP 5/11
When starting to boil the noodles, place the pan over low heat and slowly melt 1T of butter.
STEP 6/11
Sift the boiled ramen or ramen + rice cake soup
STEP 7/11
Pour directly into a buttered pan, add 4T of tomato sauce or ketchup and spread thinly, mixing evenly with chopsticks. If you used rice cake soup, move it with chopsticks so that it doesn't stick to one side.

STEP 8/11
If the sauce is evenly coated, pour the beaten egg + ramen powder evenly so that it does not lean to one side.

STEP 9/11
Lastly, sprinkle mozzarella cheese
STEP 10/11
Cover and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes.
STEP 11/11
When it's cooked, the bottom is crispy and the inside is soft. The version with rice cake soup seems to have no rice cake, but the bottom part is more crispy and the middle part is more chewy.
It tastes better to use tomato sauce than ketchup, so make sure to try tomato sauce if you have one.
