Making Tantan Noodles
1. Press the minced pork with a kitchen towel to drain the blood and season it with 1 tablespoon of cooking wine and a little pepper
2. Add 0.5 tablespoons of salt and blanch bok choy and bean sprouts in boiling water
3. Add 2 tablespoons of chili oil, 1 tablespoons of minced garlic, 2 tablespoons of chopped green onions and stir-fry them over high heat for about 30 seconds
4. Add seasoned minced pork, leave 2 tablespoons of soy sauce and 2 tablespoons of soy sauce on the edge of the pan, and stir-fry it with pork
5. Add commercial beef bone broth + 3 cups of water (based on paper cups) and boil it with 2 tablespoons of peanut butter to complete the Tantan noodle soup!!!
6. Put the blanched bok choy, bean sprouts, and chopped green onions on a plate of boiled ramen noodles and pour the soup on it to complete the Tantan noodles!!!
7. You eat it deliciously. Yum yum
