STEP 1/11
The ingredients for braised pork ribs are not that different. Besides carrots and potatoes, it's good to add various vegetables ^^

Clean pork ribs in running water, cut and drain blood from cold water for at least 30 minutes - 1 hour.
STEP 3/11
I will boil the pork without blood in boiling water.
Add the mirin, bay leaf and whole pepper and bring to a simmer.
STEP 4/11
Boil in boiling water for 10 minutes and wash in running water.
It makes the meat chewy!
STEP 5/11
Please mix all the marinade.
You can grind pears and onions ~

Wash potatoes and carrots, peel, cut into 4-5cm long pieces, and peel off the hatchet. Minimize shape crushing!
Boil licorice in hot water for about 10 minutes ^^

Place pork, seasonings, dates, whole garlic and peeled ginkgo in a pot and pour in licorice.

Cook the sweet pumpkin in the microwave for 5 minutes, then cut out the top to make a hole for braised short ribs. Please use the spoon to dig everything out!
STEP 9/11
Bring to a boil over high heat, and when simmering, lower to medium heat and continue to boil until the soup is halved.
Turn the potatoes and carrots down to medium heat and cook them in!
STEP 10/11
When the soup boils down in half, reduce the heat to low and cook the pork ribs until the sauce is deeply soaked.

If you prepare the braised short ribs and put them in the sweet pumpkin, it's done ^^
