STEP 1/9
Please buy raw chicken as cut. It's comfortable because it's cut to the right size. Please check the amount specified above for the detailed amount of the ingredients!

Cut the cleanly trimmed chicken to the bone and marinate it in milk + rosemary for 20 minutes.

Add flavored salt, pepper, minced garlic, minced ginger and sliced lime, mix and salt for 20 minutes.

Mix all the stated seasoning seasonings and coat the salted chicken with primary clothing.

Mix frying powder and water to make a thin dough, and coat the chicken dressed in seasoning first.
STEP 6/9
Dip the dough-coated chicken with frying powder one more time. Then let it dry thickly at room temperature for 10 minutes.

In the meantime, please make tomato salsa ingredients.
Slice both onions and tomatoes into 1*1cm squares, slice green olives, chop green peppers and cucumber pickles.
Mix all the sauce and you're done!

Add more than half of the canola oil and fry first at 170 degrees Celsius. After frying for 12 minutes, remove and drain from parchment paper. Then, raise the temperature to 180 degrees Celsius and fry it for 2 minutes ~~

There's paprika seasoning in it, so it's too dark, so if you take it out quickly, there's a high possibility that it won't ripen to the inside, so please be on time ^^
When you eat it, put tomato salsa on top to make it crunchy and crispy!
