Poppy Seed Bread
I added poppy seeds to the bread dough to make the chewing taste stand out. It is made in French style with crispy crust and moist inside like baguette. As expected, making bread takes a long time, but it's very good to feel as rewarding and delicious as the bread you buy.

It has a golden color and a savory scent. And the crust came out so crispy. It feels like a real baguette. I made it without butter, so it's very light instead of rich taste. Add some butter to make it more delicious.
Add 30g of butter and 130g of water to make it softer and more flavorful.
