The sugar was reduced to about three-quarters of a cup, so it was less sweet. I think it's better to follow the recipe because you like sweet things.
There was a little bit of lack of makgeolli, so I replaced it with milk. But it was still good.
By the way, I wrote "Woo Guk Saeng" for makgeolli.
And the steamer was wide, so it didn't come off even after 20 minutes, so I only did it for 20 minutes.
