Makgeolli(rice wine) with sweet rice wine bread
Makgeolli liquor bread made with raw makgeolli~ It's a taste that reminds me of my childhood memories. It tastes similar to the liquor bread sold on the market.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Prepare enough ingredients.
Instead of beans, dried persimmons and raisins were added

Pour sugar into the flour.

Add a spoonful of salt.

Add 2 cups of raw makgeolli.
You have to put raw makgeolli to make it ferment well.

Beat in 2 eggs and knead together.

Dough in a warm place for 3-4 hours
I'll ferment it.
I'm in my room at 8pmThe next morning, at 7am, I covered it with a blanket and it swelled up as shown below~

Add chopped dried persimmon and raisins and mix.

    Thanks to you, I used up the leftover makgeolli well. My son likes it because it's kind of like an increase. The sugar was reduced to about three-quarters of a cup, so it was less sweet. I think it's better to follow the recipe because you like sweet things. There was a little bit of lack of makgeolli, so I replaced it with milk. But it was still good. By the way, I wrote "Woo Guk Saeng" for makgeolli. And the steamer was wide, so it didn't come off even after 20 minutes, so I only did it for 20 minutes.

    I only put dried persimmon in it's made with dried persimmon. I kneaded it last night, covered it with an electric pad, steamed it in the morning, and finished it deliciously
