Buy kelp wraps sold in the market, wash them to remove the saltiness, and soak them in cold water for a while. That way, it completely loses its saltiness. Then, cut it into bite-size wraps and prepare it.

Prepare vegetables for the wrap. Carrots, onions, cucumbers, and paprika are prepared in two colors. I prepared it by slicing it. But it's more than the ingredients that are written. That's because they cut it all at once to do something else. There are four kelp wraps to be served as an appetizer.

I think kelp wraps taste better when you dip them in red pepper paste. I'm going to make red chili-pepper paste. I thought that the red pepper paste sold on the market was too sweet, so I always make it and use it every time, but if it's red pepper paste 1.5: vinegar 1: honey 0.5, it becomes sweet and sour red pepper paste.

Now put various vegetables on the kelp wrap, put flying fish roe on top, and roll it. You don't have to roll it like gimbap. You can use a toothpick to finish it off.

Fix the joint of the kelp wrap with a toothpick so that it doesn't open, put it on a plate, and put red pepper paste with sauce.
