Ingredients
  • Bean sprouts
    1handful
  • crushed garlic
    1ts
  • salted shrimp
    1TS
  • Cheongyang red pepper
    1ea
  • pan frying powder
    3TS
  • Water
    1/3cup
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
First, wash it clean and put the drained bean sprouts in a sieve in a bowl, and then add 1 small spoon of minced garlic, 1 large spoon of salted shrimp, 1 small spoon of minced Cheongyang red pepper, and 3 large spoons of pancake powder.
According to the recipe, salted shrimp is one big drink, but when I made it last time, I think it was too salty for my taste, so I reduced it to a half-sized drink this time.
The seasoning was just right.
And I wanted to eat it crispy
I added 2 tablespoons of pancake mix + 1 tablespoon of frying powder.
STEP 2/6
Then add 1/3 cup water and mix well.
If you think it's hard to make a bean sprout pancake shape, you can cut it into the right size.
STEP 3/6
Grease the preheated pan with plenty of oil and fry the pancakes with a moderate amount.
Heat is medium low heat!
STEP 4/6
Sigh... Brown bean sprout pancake with a savory smell
It makes my mouth water just by looking at it, doesn't it
STEP 5/6
In fact, when I first made bean sprouts two weeks ago, would it be delicious to make pancakes with simple ingredients like this?
And bean sprouts... Wouldn't it be fishy? It's true that I had some doubts.
After I made it, it was really savory, and the taste was good, maybe because it had salted shrimp in it!
STEP 6/6
Bean sprout pancake is perfect to eat with a beer as a weekend late-night snack
If you haven't tried bean sprout jeon yet, try making it during the holidays ^^
It's so easy and delicious to make!
If you cook it for too long, the bean sprouts can get tough, so be careful. If you take out cheongyang peppers, it's good as a side dish for kids
