First, prepare the ingredients. The difference in the sauce is salted, so you just have to remove the salt and season it. You don't have to stir-fry it separately. Other ingredients are chili oil sauce, XO sauce, Chinese soy sauce, Chinese white vinegar, minced garlic, and plum juice.

Wash the difference in cold water first and then soak it. It's very salty, so I soaked it for a long time. I think I soaked it for 2-3 hours. Wash the difference in the vegetables again and remove the salty smell, and if you remove it too much, it will not taste salty, so just soak it enough to make it feel salty. Then squeeze out the water.
