#Making gamjatang using retort beef bone hangover soup #Potting
I'm going to make a slightly modified gamjatang using today's retort food. It's a beef bone hangover soup with bones and beef. If you just put potatoes in here, it won't cook, so I boiled them and put them in. And I added a lot of perilla powder. And I thought it would taste sour, so I added water I seasoned it with ripe kimchi.

A pack of ox bone hangover soup is enough for two people. It has two bones and quite a lot of cattle. It's gamjatang made with boiled potatoes.

I put in a pack of beef bone hangover soup, an additional cup of water, and boiled potatoes. And I put the ripe kimchi on the bottom. And boil it.

Add perilla powder when it boils to a certain extent. If you have perilla leaves, you can put them on top. Then it becomes more like gamjatang you buy.

Put a lot of green onions on top, and it's done. It's easy, simple, and quick. It's good as a hangover soup, but if you add it like this, it'll taste like gamjatang~~~

Boil the potatoes first, put them in, and boil them together to complete the gamjatang with the cool and refreshing taste of ripe kimchi and the savory taste of perilla seed powder. Wouldn't 30 minutes be enough, including the time to boil potatoes!!
